SEMYour Student Engagement Manager (SEM) is available to provide supportive, proactive advice, encouragement and timely reminders, and to help keep you on track with your studies. They are your point of contact to help you receive the academic and pastoral support you need throughout your course of studies. Who is my SEM? If you are a direct student with ACOM you will see your SEM's name listed on your Moodle profile. You will also see a link for SEM contact details on your profile. If you are a cohort student, you will see your cohort listed on your profile. You should contact the Student Support Person from your cohort for support.
SEM Contact DetailsFind the contact details for your SEM below. If you are a part of a cohort, please contact your Student Support Person for assistance. Not sure who your SEM is? Check your Moodle profile under "Student Engagement Manager".

Setting up a Zoom SessionZoom sessions are managed by ACOM's Moodle Team. Once you know when you would like to host your session, email moodle@acom.edu.au with the time and date (bearing in mind all sessions are set to AEDT/AEST). The Moodle Team will then set up your session and provide links in Moodle. Once the session is set up, it's always a good idea to let your students know the time and date, and to send them a link to Zoom (provided by the Moodle Team) with your notification.
